Elf oil, is there an oil board?

Is there a board to discuss oil? I thought Scott set that up, but don't see it. Haven't seen much discussion on the 9k board lately either.
My question is about Elf fully syn 5w40. My indy is using it, and I wanted to know more about it. Am currently using M1 5w-40, but hard to find. Have also read about M1 0w40. How does the Elf compare to the M1 oils? What are good sources for Elf 5W40?
Thanks.
