Saab driver who is not superior spotted on interstate

I was entering the interstate at 9AM when a slime yellow '04 Aero Convertible crossed the white line into my lane (2 lane ramp just after a stop light). I was right next to him so I honked once to let him know I was there and drove ahead down the road. Later the guy, a fat, bald fellow with a suit and tie in his 40's, raced up beside me (a thin guy with hair), raised his hand in the shape of a gun, slowly lowered it and mimed shooting me four or five times complete with an imaginary recoil. He yelled "pow" with each shot - so loud I could actually hear it through my sunroof. Quite a thing to see in rush hour traffic, 60 mph and him with the top down. It was disturbing. I thought he was just inattentive when he crossed into me but maybe he was trying to keep me from going by and getting in front of him so he wouldn't be the first down the ramp. What will happen if the next person he does this too is as childish as he or has a real gun?
