Just pull the fuse, not the relay, for the fuel pump. You'll have a spark but no fuel to ignite so it will keep cranking. It shouldn't take more than a few seconds of cranking to get oil to where it should be if it isn't there already. Then I'd start it, let it idle for a minute, and take off driving it just like you would normally. Hopefully normally includes not revving the snot out of it until it has reached operating temperature. Then you can rev the snot out of it!! Enjoy it!
