Yes, we'll eventually grow to like it (not everyone though), but it's just SO BORING!

Other manufacturers are reaching out with somewhat bold new designs (Acura, with that big silver thing on the grille [personally not a fan, but kudos for being different]) or very sleek versions of existing models (Audi and BMW: these designs speak to the past but look sharp and new).

SAAB is stepping into a level of plain-Jane simplicity that will make you stop noticing it's a SAAB in a parking lot next to a Malibu, Camry, Accord or Pontiac G6s. There's nothing sexy about it.

I looked at it for the first time and though, "Huh. Okay... that's it?"

I look at other new models and think, "Sweet! That looks cool. I see where they're going with that."

Maybe in another 5 years something different will happen... hopefully? :(
