if the sale is complete by X date, and the production cars roll off the line after that date, then they all were "made" by the new Saab.
If what you mean is about the first cars **designed and engineered** under the Koenigsegg/Saab banner, don't hold your breath. I would venture that's at least five years away (after the deal is finalized!), and probably more. The replacement for the current 9-3 will likely not be all Koenigsegg/Saab, but there will be a lot more of it than not, as a lot of work has presumably already gone into it.
The 2010 9-5 is really the first Saab born under full GM ownership. The 2003 9-3 was designed and engineered under the partnership, even though it made its debut in 2002.
