In Oslo you should see The Viking Ship Museum and the open air Folk Museum, a collection of old buildings from around Norway. These two plus the Kon Tiki and Fram Polar Exploration Museums are all close to each other on Bygdøy Island, accessible by bus and ferry.
The Vigeland Sculpture Garden, Akershus Fortress, Munch Museum and Oslo City Hall also are worth visiting.
Take a trykk (trolly with its own right of way) or drive up Holmenkollen mountain for great views and to visit the ski jump.
No trip to Norway is complete without seeing the fjords. You can rent a car or find many different tours. If time is limited there is a tour called "Norway In a Nutshell" that combines a train trip between Oslo and Bergen (see the Hanseatic wharf area there), a trip on the amazing Flåmbane train and a short fjord cruise in a 1 to 3 day itinerary.
Norway's other cities are not major tourist attractions, but the countryside is beautiful. A driving trip from Oslo to Laerdal that brings you to several medieval stave churches and across high passes and roads built on the sides of fjord mountains is a never-to-be-forgotten experience.
We are not allowed to post links here, but you can Google the things I listed.
