Do a search. You'll find a lot of first hand evidence of corrosion problems with Dexcool in NEW cars.
Air, the factory sealent GM uses in cooling systems at the factory, and a whole host of other "contaminants" has caused corrosion in cars as young as two years old. GM argued that it was owner problems for quite a while (such as allowing air into the system... yes... air!), but eentually started to deal with it. If you want to say it's a GM issue, that's fine, but Saabs are GM vehicles likely built with GM processes.
Supposedly they've corrected those issues. But, I would not use Dexcool in a car that did not come that way from the factory. There's too high a probabilty of contamination and the resulting corrosion. Note that I'm referring to the Texaco supplied version of Dexcool. Other similar OAT products such as Valoline's rendition are not known for issues.
Personally, I'll stick with HOAT coolants, G05, G48, etc.
