I live in a condo in FL and served on the Board at one time. Condominium living is done by choice. It obviously was fine for your grandmother but is not with you. As the owner, she is responsible for anyone who is living there and that they are complying with the condo documents which she has legally agreed to. The management company works for the owners (your grandmother included) under the control of the Board of Directors who are owners elected by your grandmother and the other owners. Based on what the documents state, you should address your complaints in a manner as listed therein. This is the way it is in condos and those who don't like it should not consider owning, renting or otherwise living there. Her contract is legally binding as an owner of a corporation of which she owns 1 / (enter number of condo units here) of the condo association. That includes the common property which includes the grounds, streets, parking lots, clubhouse, pool and whatever other amenities exist. She is liable for whatever you or other visitors do when coming onto the property as your guests. Get a copy of the rules and keep a low profile until you leave. Your uncle should make sure that if he rents it he should ensure the tenant is provided with the rules and has complied with any rules relative to renters. Good luck!
Ian
