Yes, but it's a tight fit.
When my grandchildren were here a few months ago we put the 18 month old in a car seat in the center. The 5 and 7 year olds used booster seats on either side.
In your case, you may have problems when your children are two or three years older.
When my three children were young we had mostly small cars - Plymouth Arrow (Mitsubishi Celeste), VW 412, Renault 15, Fiat 124 Coupe, BMW 318i. With three in the back seat there was a lot of "Don't make me stop this car!", and they spent quite a bit of time sitting on their hands. A Ford Fairmont probably was our best travel car simply because it had a lot of space in the rear seat.
Quotes like "She stole my view" and "He's breathing my air" now are family favorites, but were not much fun at the time.
