Valve core leaks can be spotted by putting water on the valve stem. New core is like $1.
If it's leaking out through the bead (corrosion - especially alongside balance weights) then have the tire dismounted & re-mounted with "bead sealant". It's some kind of rubbery sticky stuff they paint around the rim before mounting the tire.
Corrosion around the hole where the valve STEM mounts? I guess they could use bead sealant & install a new valve stem.
