I'm confused. The title says the odometer is not original and the original owner confirms that so I guess you really have no idea how many actual miles are on the car? Did you buy it from a dealer? Private party? Did they tell you how many actual miles were on the car?
I would definitely run a CarFax because it will also note some of the warranty service work performed. And what you need from a SAAB delaer is an IRIS report. Visit a SAAB dealer and ask the service rep to show you the warranty repairs performed and the dates / mileage when they were performed.
If you think the odometer's been replaced and the dealer / private party misrepresented the actual mileage, sue the seller you bought it from for fraud.
