Rotors in pairs is the way to go

Unless they are very recent, like under 10K miles, rotors should really be replaced as a pair. It helps ensure braking performance is even as they wear over the next 40K miles or so.
According to the listings on eEuroparts, the V70 rotors they sell are Zimmermans and are sold in pairs for about $200. Seems pricey for rotors, so you might want to shop for Brembos.
But you also need to get at the root of the problem. It's likely the caliper, so you'll need to replace that, too, but just the bad one. No need to do calipers in pairs for this type of problem, assuming the other side is working properly.
And remember, you'll have to bleed the brake fluid if you're changing the caliper, so be ready for that task when you do the work.
