I agree with Jim. Mercedes coolant seems to be the preferred choice. I've got that in two of my 900 cars. Mixed with distilled water.
I've read that Zerex G-05 is the same stuff. I recently tried it in my '93 900T--too early to tell if it's as good, but it's in there. I got it at NAPA. 50/50 pre-mix for under $10 a container (bought 2).
Also agree that flushing is critical. Be sure to remove the plug on the block drain and give the car a thorough flush. Then fill it with plain water and run it for 10-15 minutes with the heater on high and flush it again. Do it once more if you're as anal as I am. :-)
After filling the system and running the car for 10 minutes or so be sure to open the bleeder (little brass fitting on the thermostat housing) to let any air out. Trapped air will affect cooling ability.
