The car is getting good to very good reviews, but I can't help but think it would have placed 4th in the Car and Driver comparo a few months back between the A6, 535i, and M37. It's bigger (than it needs to be perhaps?), heavier, and significantly slower than the competition. The styling is striking, and perhaps being "good enough" dynamically will be sufficient for it to sell in respectable numbers.
There's something seriously wrong when most of the reviewers indicate the lower-powered engine is the better option.
