Hi Ian - When you say "wait and see," is this is reference to reputability of rescue-saab.com or the fate of Saab as a company? Beyond money, I'd have to imagine that there are things that can be done now to help build a movement. Saab has a rich and important heritage, one that I believe few people know about. We could be spreading the word about *why* Saab is worth saving, in addition to figuring out *how* to save it. When Oldsmobile folded, I barely knew it was happening before they closed their doors completely. Perhaps loyalists knew more than I and did their best to save the company, but I think the general public was completely unaware.

Are there thoughts about what could be done? Of all the car companies out there, Saab is one of the few about which historians might one day write: It was a company saved, in large part, by the loyal and passionate owners of its products.
