A long time friend who is a hard core car guy (currently in a 425 HP Mitsubishi EVO), who does several track days at VIR a year, and does high perf suspension work for a living, claims sucking (vacuum bleeder) is best. He says you can inadvertently put air into the system with a pressure bleeder. He uses a vacuum bleeder, not sure what brand.
He also recommend Speedy Bleeders for the nipples, which prevent any air from going back into the system during bleeding.
I use the Motive pressure bleeder and it's fine, and I put more fluid in the tank than I'll need. I tried a vacuum bleeder once, didn't like it, but it wasn't a very good one.
