My first guess was that the bottles you bought with SL only ratings were New Old Stock and had been stored somewhere a long time. But if the front of the bottle has the curent label style, then the cause must be something else. Possibly someone loaded the labeling machine with old style rear labels that got glued to the bottles. If the rear label is directly printed to the bottle it gets more interesting.
