Yes, I'm a summer/winter tire/wheel kind-of-guy, have been for decades.
But there can be a BIG difference in winter traction between one set of summer tires and another set of all-season.
Some summer tires can ONLY be driven in the winter by an idiot.
Many all-season tires can suffice for many drivers.
