1. Life is long; plan to be happy. If money and material goods make you happy, then follow a career that will make you lots of money. Otherwise, follow a career that has a great potential to make you feel fulfilled. I've always found it easier to bring practicality into my happiness than to bring happiness into practicality. 2. Someday you will be old (like me) and you will look back on your life, and you will inevitably see some aspects where you will say "I wish I...."
