Sometimes, my headline searcher for Saab does that.
It reaches back to grab what had been said in the past.
How it relates now, I can't say for sure but I expect no change in
Chinese ownership plans.
What I could really become enthused about again, is the bottom line:
"If approved, the agreement would not bar Vladimir Antonov, the Russian businessman who was blocked from buying Spyker Cars in 2010, from investing in the parent company."
Russia is about to get into the WTO, and with Antonov onboard,
the largest auto market in Europe could become enthused about
one of its own becoming an owner.
