Hi all,
I sent my Viggen in to get the air distribution drum assembly replaced, which involves taking off most of the dash, glovebox, and radio. However, I bought the car with an aftermarket radio installed. Unfortunately, I got a call from my indy too come over and look at the wires that are going to and from the radio. Needless to say, it looks like a train wreck. I didn't know a radio could physically have so many wires. There are hundreds of wires running all over behind the center console, going between boxes and cylinder shaped things. There is a giant clump of wires going down from the head unit to everything else.
The problem is, I have no diagrams or anything about this radio. And my indy said he could take everything out to fix the air distribution problem, but he most likely could not get the radio and everything back in and working. I don't even know if the original stuff is there if I wanted to put a factory radio in. What can I do from here? Help!
Thanks,
Nick
