In this situation, SAAB is entering a joint venture with Youngman. If the venture does not use any GM IP, then VM is right. They really have nothing to say about it. If they cause SAAB to fail as a result, the creditors will then be able to sue GM for the hundreds of millions in losses. (for example if they stop supplying SAAB as per their contract..)
