Don't know enough about what, if any, GM tech Saab still had that GM wanted to protect against transfer to China, But the collective wisdom on this board was that such concerns were overblown. No idea myself - but this article sort of confirms what we all expected to happen - Saab is moving to China. Whether it remains wedded to Sweden is anyone's guess.
