then it's just a simple paste into the bottom field before "post message"...

I understand how Scott doesn't want to host images of non-members - lots more data than text and data costs money! I do think it would be a really cool feature to allow embedded url's because that would then allow us to type some crap, post a pic of that crap, then type some more crap, another photo, etc... eg a build or repair post.

anyway, as is, there is an example of what the pasted text should look like, and where you are a member, you can upload photos into a gallery here. Click to open your gallery (in a new tab), (in firefox) right click on the photo you want, select copy image location, go back to the tab with your post click on the "optional image url" line and paste... if you were on some other bb you'd need to parse through the file system on your hard drive anyway, and then half those bb's don't display photos for non-members etc...

for me the main impediment is downloading files off the camera onto the computer... not ineptitude, just laziness!
