I am not a horn guy by any stretch. That said, in general, and especially for high quality or high power, Digikey et al. are not so great when it comes to supplying passive parts for crossovers. You will have much better luck at places like Madisound (I could list others, but Madisound is a good start). Digikey is of course much better for everything else electronic, but the speaker specialist places are best for finding large inductors, inexpensive high power resistors, and large capacitance non-polar capacitors. Plus they have all kinds of useful speaker specific hardware at fairly reasonable prices. Another option, kind of in-between, is Parts Express. They might even have suitable compression drivers (but if this is a Klipsch thing, you may need to contact them, and times have changed since the '70s). Like I say, I am not a horn guy - I'm more interested in high end, cone dynamic and ESL. You can turn the volume up on a larger set of conventional dynamic loudspeakers to be loud enough to destroy your hearing, even in a large room. Why anyone would want horns outside of sound reinforcement is beyond me... though there are folks in Japan who love their high end horns + tube amps...
good luck!
