OT: Need help with iCal calendar at work

Our online calendar vendor, WebEx, issued an End of Service notice due to losing customers to the many alternative "free" calendar software out there.
I have been tasked with setting up a replacement and I am not a computer guy. As most employees are Apple users, I went with iCal. I synched it with Outlook for Outlook users and plan to synch it with a Google calender for Google fans. We have a mix of Apple, Windows 7/8, Android and one lone Blackberry user, with a mix of iMacs/iPads/iPhones, Dell desktops and laptops, and one one Surface 3 . The email and calendar are run off of an Apple server seperate from our Dell server for everything else.
My problem is that the Big Guy wants a printout of the Monthly Calendar as he used to get from his secretary using WebEx which had a nice format; and we can't get a decent printout of the month/week from iCal. Anyone know how to get decent printouts? Is there an app for this? The Big Guy is old school and if he sees it on paper, he knows it's done, I can't get him to rely on the electronic calendar - as they say, you can't delegate up.
Any help appreciated, thanks in advance.
