I couldn't read the FT link, I guess you need a subscription... I usually look to Swadeology if there is SAAB news (SU is too poor signal to noise now to bother - Swade only mentions stuff that matters).

Anyway, from his page it's more like "It's now official - Mahindra is attempting to buy NEVS/Saab Automobile"... but there are still some hoops to go through - even the possibility of it being canned in court if a creditor gets their way.

Sounds like we'll know more later this month and if things go ahead, it will be March that they anticipate it being official.
