We are looking a a smoother quieter long distance cruiser. It is so difficult as there are so many aspects of the 9-5 Aero Wagon that cannot be replaced. Sight lines are horrible now and side view mirrors smaller to get less wind resistance. Side impact improvements seem to shrink cabin space even on cars that are wider, so the seating seems narrower and confined VS the Saab. I hate getting a new car, just have trouble adjusting. When I went from the NG900 to the 9-5 it was difficult as the B pillar was so much wider and shoulder checks were not very useful. I did fit the Euro aspheric driver's door mirrors which were a great help! Moving Wagon-->Sedan is also rough, but we will have the other Saab 9-5 Wagon at hand when needed.
