Big truck can only use the the two right lanes. Getting in the far left lane is against the law for a big truck and if caught in it by a cop it a 250$ ticket and the report goes against their CDL. A truck will take the gamble if theirs two pricks in the two right lane both doing 50mph. Big trucks are heavy and can't respond well to sudden moves, like the titanic ship. Very sluggish. The drivers of the big trucks see you and your speed long before u know their comming and have already decided where they need to be in slowing of their speed or speeding up to merge to the center lane to pass u, like a huge game of chess. Big truck drivers know where all the pieces are and their predicted movement to get that huge truck through traffic seamlessly. You moving to the center lane for no reason obstructs the flow of predictions. The center lane is a big trucks fast lane. One thing that really is super cool is if your in the center lane and another car is in the right lane with a pile of trucks behind the two of you, move to the far left lane, you'll save a ticket, stress, perhaps a life if an accident would happen for the big truck driver.

A tip on merging onto the hwy from a on ramp, if you can't beat the truck to the end of your merge ramp figure on getting in behind the stupid truck. Don't expect them to move over a lane to (be nice) to let you on the hwy. most company's now days tell the big truck drivers not to move over to minimize the company's accident that happen on their big trucks lane changes. Remember your driving a rocket that can out perform a big truck in every way. Your more nimble, quicker on acceleration and braking, you could run circles around one of them trucks, there's no reason they need to change lanes for a merging car from an on ramp.

You might have seen this, where a big truck maintains the far right lane and didn't move over for the car trying to merge and the ramp ends for the car and they run on the shoulder of the road slamming on their brakes, then to get behind the truck and floor their gas pedal and zip around the left side of the truck and cut the truck off merging back in the big trucks lane as a sign from the vehicle driver to the big truck driver (f*ck u). That car was sure fast zipping around that truck to cut in a inch off the front of the trucks bummper weren't they, ... Where was all that speed when they were on the ramp? Ignoring people amuse me
