But the big behemoth usually have no problem sticking it to the little man that does not have the big lawyers to fight for their rights.
Just look at the Saab case where many smaller Mom and Pop part suppliers were left in the dust after being promised several times that, I'll gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today.
I certainly hope that the small amount of Saab shops that picked up the slack to deal with the air bag problem is not stuck with the bill in the end.
So what GM and Saab should do is to send out all the needed airbags and let the shops send in the payment where after they install them in cars and not like now, having the shops pay for them first and then maybe reimburse them later when the old airbags comes back.
FAT CHANCE!
