From thingiverse.com, my son printed me two dummy antenna covers and a fuel pump removal tool. I may never need the fuel pump removal tool since I use Lucas UCL but I have replaced two dummies.
During warm weather so I don't get hypothermia, I unbolt the antenna from inside the car (instructions on the 9-5 forum). Then remove the rubber until only the base member is left naked. I then file and sand the interior of the printed part so it fits properly - just proud of the metal roof. I then expoxy the antenna cover on (which I had painted black or your favourite colour to protect against UV damage). Wait to dry and then reinstall on car with a bit of black or clear sealant to help prevent the ingress of water *may not be necessary due to the existing seal on the base but the adhesive sealant helps secure the cover to the base. Hope that helps. So far so good. Oldest install is about a year old and holding up well. Material cost is only peanuts and the paint and sealant is a standard part of the mess my wife always complains about.
