No, I am not Scott or Dale. I have just known them for a long time and I like their work. I have never had any problems from them, they have been very helpfull when my Saab broke down which was more than I wanted it too. Every time my car had a problem, they would explain it to me in detail and most of the time would show me exactly what was wrong in the car. Several times they went out of their way to help me out when they did not need too. I understand that every car dealer or repair shop will have mixed reviews about it. I can say that for many of the dealers I have had experiance with. What I can tell you is that I haven't had any problems with Gulf Coast European and that I think Scott and Dale are good guys. As for other places, I don't know of any other places in town. I once had my Saab taken to the Tampa dealer and was less than pleased with the service I recived. Taken I didn't purchase the vehicle there but I felt ignored while I was there. Mabey they had a bad day, mabey I had a bad service guy, or mabey the sun's rotational gravity caused me to feel that way. Point being is that I don't like to make a complete judgement on a dealer or repair shop unless I have visited it several times.
