It could be that the reverse-gear fix described in the Townsend Imports web site will take care of it.
However....it could also be that your pinion bearing is worn. Popping out of reverse can be one of the symptoms. If you're getting any whine out of the transmission, particularly in 3/4/5 above about 30 mph, it is very likly that the pinion bearing is failing. If so, fix it before driving any further. Letting it go can cause progressive damage to other parts of the transmission and rapidly increase the cost of repairs, which, in the best of circumstances, are not cheap.
If it's grinding going into reverse, replace the clutch shaft bearing.
