I did the same thing but the fix was relatively easy. Remove the headlight assembly ( I believe all it took was three torx screws) and you will notice the assembly is two piece. There are about 6 clips that go around the lens which attach it to the body. VERY carefully remove these clips and gently separate the lens from the body. You need to be careful not to damage the neoprene gasket. When you have separated the lens you should find the 'bullseye' of glass that was knocked into the assembly by the stone or whatever.Remove this stone and use a clear silicone adhesive to glue it back into place. Reassemble and you have it . I used a gel super glue but, decided when I was done that the clear silicone adhesive would have been better. the who job took less than a hour. Be sure to place clear plastic tape over the hole until you make the repair - you need to keep dirt and moisture out of it. Use eye and hand protection against cuts and flying glass chips which coul happen when you separate the lens from the body.
