Put car up on jack stands - not just a jack. Loosen wheel nuts (don't take them off yet). Hit bottom pf tire on inside - trying to send it outwards. Rotate wheel 1/4 turn do it again. And so on until rim begins to come free from hub. Now you can take the wheel nuts off and remove the rim (if you had taken nuts off earlier and rim came free, it mighthave hit you or caused another accident). Next time put a thin coating of vaseline or similar where hub fits into rim. My bet is that salt used on roads during winter has filled in the gap and made the rim stick
