Though the squealing you describe *can* be a sign that your crank shaft pulley is on its way out, it's also a sign that one of your belts is simply too loose. If the noise appeared directly after the power steering belt was replaced, I'd suspect that belt.
Have someone who knows Saabs properly adjust the belts before you have the pulley replaced.
