Richard - If you haven't looked here already, you might try the various "Town Hall" boards sponsored by the "Edmunds" folks. Here is a link to some Honda sections. I've been the habit of scanning the Subaru sections of late and have found them to be pretty good. Haven't lurked around the Honda-specific boards, or even beeb around Saabnet much lately, but I think these Edmunds boards may be more to your liking than some of the Honda "mod" related sites out there.
Rather than a new 9-3, I've decided (pretty much) to get a new 2003 Impreza Outback Sport Wagon later this year for a daily driver, and then to patiently search for a nice, Classic Saab 900 Turbo (I once had an 1988 model)to satisfy the Saab craving. With the base (lower priced) model being dropped for 2002, a new 9-3 climbed out of my financial comfort range at the moment. I do still hope to own a brand new Saab again one day. And the Classic 900 board will always be here for me till then.
