Now that we've vented all these jokes, I guess you actually had a question...
Do you want to launch & shift as fast as you possibly can? Stoplight drag racing? Or would you like to avoid breaking your transmission since you say you're new at it?
Clutch slippage only "has" to occur when starting from a dead stop. Shifting from one gear to another you can match the engine revs to match your speed & then engage the clutch without slipping. Takes some practice to do it smoothly...
Tire slippage doesn't have to happen at all, unless your answer to my first question is "yes".
