I looked at the site: they mention "offshore bank account with debit card" so prominently that's it's OBVIOUSLY there to launder money.
Anyway, it's an 'network marketing' MLM, a wrinkle on the Ponzi scheme -- you get kickbacks for anyone you get to come join and play their little rigged games. The more people you get, the higher percentage you get of their 'winnings.' (When they mention the online casino next to the rest of their 'games,' it gives you an idea of what your chances are...) You're required to 're-invest' 30% anyway, from what I read.
It used to be known as "VGGlobal.com", so this particluar one isn't even that new.
Send your money to Singapore, it's handled down in the islands, everything in swiss francs...this one REEKS. Domain registered in Australia. Ah, and it's main nameservers are at ZoneEdit, a popular free DNS service. You'd think an established company would at least spring for some paid DNS, no? (Also lets you move the site quick when the man comes and seizes your servers...)
Dunno what the Scandanavian connection is, it might be for show, because plenty of pages regarding it came up from the UK, US, etc. Generally listed right next to "Lose 25 pounds this month" and "make $450K from home".
