One of the guys on the NG900 board did this and I e-mailed him about it. The biggest problem was he had to reshape the foam behind the bumper. You also have to buy new bumper mounting clips and the grille inserts for the bumper. If you want it to look really good, you'll also want to get the front spoiler, which is about $125 from the Saab Catalog. Personally, I think the NG900 front bumper looks better than the 9-3 bumper if you put the NG900 lip spoiler on it. That one's $250 from the Saab Catalog. It's the same one that the 1997 Talladega came with.
