aspheric mirror is so useful! Available in Canada?

An aspheric driver's side mirror is a mirror where the lateral (outside) edge is curved. This eliminates the blind spot almost entirely. At the outer edge, there is usually a thin white line to tell the driver where the curvature begins. In my car, it's adjusted so that I can change lanes if the car is outside of the thin line (I still glance to make sure everything is clear).
During a pilgramage to Trollhattan, I stopped by a dealer and bought one for my car. They are illegal and not sold in the U.S.
Are they available in Canada? Or must one travel to a European country to smuggle one here?
Someone has a nice explanation of aspheric mirrors at http://www.toolworks.com/bilofsky/boxster/mirrors.html
