.....stay there as long as you can! I just got out last year too, and am learning the difference.
Really though, no matter which spot you're at (college or out of it), you'll yearn for the other. There are advantages to each. When I was in college, I had all day long to do whatever I wanted. I could sleep in and not go to class if I wanted. Or I could easily go read or learn about anything I wanted. I could walk around campus and enjoy the sunshine and the beautiful girls. I spent every afternoon working out at the track. Now that I'm working, I don't enjoy any of those advantages. Instead I drag my ass out of bed at 6 o'clock every morning, come to a job that often I really don't want to be at, sit in a cubicle all day and look at a computer screen (and definitely no beautiful girls). I go home, work out, eat, and go to bed to repeat again the next day. Then again, I don't have homework, I get a paycheck (instead of paying money, I get money, cool), and I have *some* feeling of security and pride in my degree.
Moral being, enjoy the good stuff wherever you're at, instead of bitching about the bad. Times only change what you're enjoying or bitching about, not the fact that both things are there.
Cheers,
'Roo
