Depending on the need, you may find that a rotary cutter with the fiber discs is pretty handy. An air rivet gun is cool too, but of limited use. If you get an impact driver, get the best you can afford, and look at ft lbs. I had a 250 ft lb cheapo unit and I ended up throwing it away. Sears has good ones with 650 ft lbs for $189 that will take off things like 900 crank pulley bolts and such... now that is the way to go! A pressurized (not gravity feed) sand blaster would be handy too, once again depending on your needs. I have the gravity and it barely works. I have a 5 hp 25 gallon Sears/Devilbiss compressor, and added a second line to my garage to avoid blown breakers. Second line is 12 gauge wire with a 25 amp breaker I think, so I can use it for a welder too. Oh, drain/bleed the tank after use too, helps prolong the life of the tank.
Have fun!
