Flaws on body of new 9-5

When I went to pick up my new black 9-5 2002 wagon after New Year's there were seven noticeable flaws on the body of the car and a hundred on the hood.
I did not take delivery. In the meantime the dealer says he replaced the hood from another vehicle. The marks on the side are supposed to be worked on/buffed/ touched up.Will it ever be right? Will this compromise the clear coat?
I am not sure about what the Saab Delivery process is , but this car was not washed or wax and will not be. They only have my $500 deposit, so far. Should I walk away from this and start over. I am quite concerned that a new car ( 172 miles on odometer) has so many marks on it. I would be grateful for some advice how to handle this. I had a lemon of a Chrysler years ago that the company repainted twice under warranty because the paint peeled and bubbled. Never was right and I don't want to face a similar situation with the Saab.
