In the airport ID box, type GEG
Aircraft on approach will generally not be loud except on the last 5 miles or so before landing, and they'll be on the extended runway centerlines. On departure, they'll follow one of the four routes shown on the Spokane Five Departure plate. Which one depends on wind conditions, traffic, pilot preference, and plenty of other things.
Holding patterns would be on a sectional, but they should be high enough that you won't hear them. Approach patterns are usually not published anywhere; you'd have to talk to someone who works in the local TRACON. Again, though, they probably won't be a noise issue.
