Test drive liabilty release form - what should I do?

When selling a car, the potential buyer assumes complete liabilty for damages incurred during the test drive. Correct? I live in WA State, BTW, and have searched through the state codes without finding much.
I want to draft or download a release form for a prospective buyer to sign, stating that:
1) the buyer has full insurance coverage
2) in the event the car is damaged during the test drive, the buyer agrees to repair the car to pre-accident condition using only new, oem parts (no used parts).
3) the buyer agrees to buy the car for the original asking price following its repairs.
Is this legal and binding?
If a potential buyer balks at signing the form, how should I handle the situation?
Would being obliged to sign such a form make you walk away from a car?
I really don't want some joker test-driving my expensive car, sliding off the road into a tree, and then walking away. I would appreciate any and all comments. If there is an online form or FAQ available, I would like a link.
Thanks very much for any help.
