Same happened to gf's 95 Civic CX with a few more miles.
I bought a used one off eBay, and was planning on installing, but the old one's bolts were considerably rusted (why do I like the NE again?!). I got the rear off, but not the front part of the cover.
When she took it in for something one afternoon, it ended up not being there on the trip home. I think we threw the eBay one away, but I can look if you would like (pretty sure it is gone).
Thanks.
Sean
P.S. On a side-note, anyone have the pipe that goes from the Throttle body to the air box? Her's ripped, and we have yet to find a replacement. Perhaps you put in an intake mod, and have the old one lying around?!
