I'm just 5' 11" and theres no way I can fit into a Miata. The new Mazdaspeed turbos are seriously nice looking cars, and with what I think is 210 Hp they must be crazy fun to drive! Sat in one the other day after perusing Ebay and local want ads for a nice used 04/05 ...my enthusiasm was instantly crushed. The top of the windshield was at my eye line of sight, knees bent at an uncomfortable angle...seat would go back no more. Same with the S2000 I tried years ago..makes me wonder how I fit into that Sonett all those years ago...same height, less lbs. ? The search continues for my mid-life toy purchase. Was very happy to get back into the 9000T.
