You do not specify year or engine code (8th vin), but at a glance this would appear to be 1998-93 vin V DOHC. If so the NGK choices are TR55 (V-power); TR55GP (G-power Platinum); PTR5A-13 (Platinum Original Equipment); and TR55IX (Iridium "IX" Series). This is a DIS engine and will be best served by a Double Platinum style plug, either the PTR5A-13 as delivered, or the TR55IX which is Iridium instead of Platinum but incorporates the double precious metal feature as I am informed by NGK.
The Iridium series is new and did not exist when this car was produced.
I recommend Iridium plugs as the industry premium item for all vehicles for which they are available.
I have no NGK stock, I just fix cars and occasionally sell spark plugs.
I would install these with a little anti-sieze on the threads, and change them 100K down the road, and not look at them in the meantime unless some problem came up.
Plug wires on this 4.6 cause a lot of problems and should be replaced periodically, with OE or NGK.
