Well, nobody replied yet...
A '95 Integra pan comes out, just remove the exhaust pipe. You also have to remove the lower dust cover of the tranny. That's the little crescent of sheetmetal that covers up the bottom of the flywheel. That covered 3 more oil-pan bolts.
I don't own a '96 Accord, but it should be about the same. Drive it up on some ramps, you should be able to tell if there's other stuff in the way.
